STATEMENT

I use my camera as an eye to focus on a world that most eyes never cast a glance on. The realm of the neglected and unnoticed provides a reality realized by many, yet ignored by most. Integrating the urban landscape as a backdrop and driving force, I aim to expose the reality that lies beneath the surface.

My subjects are regular, everyday people that I try to capture while they lead their regular, everyday lives. By capturing them in impromptu situations, I allow the spirit of the moment to override any predetermined notions, allowing their presence to influence me.
